Monday Inspiration

So every Monday I'm going to post about something that inspires me to be creative. Visual food if you will. This morning my bestest bud told me about one of her favorite haunts in Burlingame: Morning Glory (logo is a link).

She is a fashion hound and I lover her taste. What really got me going is the amazing window displays. They're like stepping into a painting.

It's been a few months and it's time to update you on my progress. My Etsy store is up and running albeit with only one item. A lovely mermaid is now available as a print. I have kind of put a freeze on doing more with it until I can resolve a problem I'm having with using the name "ArteSana". I don't think it's actually a problem, but someone wants me to feel that is is, so I am taking precautions.

My website is also underway. I am really excited about the ideas that my web developer and I have been coming up with. Hope fully we can finish it soon.

Finally, I have a flickr account where I am beginning to organize my portfolio. Lots of things to see, but eventually they will all be hubbed at the website.

Hello Friends! I am in the process of launching my online business on Etsy selling prints of original artwork. It is a painstaking process that doesn't seem to go fast enough for me! AHHH!! I am just excited to get it up and running. I have been making art for many years, but have not had the opportunity to expand to this scale until now. The timing was never right with all of the other things I had my hand in...homeschooling my two beautiful girls, food activism, spiritual and health pursuits, dabbling in farming etc. Well, the time is now.
